Gina Johns

Gina Johns, CPM, PMP is the founder of Ocean Consulting Solutions where she provides “end-to-end” strategic and project management expertise to the biotech industry. With nearly 30 years of experience ranging from target validation through clinical development and drug approval in the pharmaceutical industry, Gina has led complex and high-profile projects and initiatives in late and early clinical development, drug registration (IND/NDA), discovery operations, and portfolio management. Prior to founding OCS, Gina spent 20 years at Merck & Co., starting as a medicinal chemist and quickly advancing into management of process improvement/operations initiatives, strategy and portfolio oversight, and project management of early and late clinical development programs.
